Bob is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Mehlhoff Associates. He has been a Realtor since 1980 and with Coldwell Banker since 1988. He has been the tops sales associate numerous times during the past 20 years with Coldwell Banker.

Bob grew up in the small farming community of Hosmer, near Aberdeen, and graduated from Northern State University in Aberdeen with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education in 1968. He taught high school music for a number of years following graduation. His years in education have given him patience and understanding when dealing with clients whether buying or selling real estate.

Bob is a member of the Elks Lodge 1046, Aberdeen area men’s chorus, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, and past president of the Aberdeen Board of Realtors

Bob works on the principle that through sincerity and service to the client, results will be superior.
