Alan C. Hoerth, Broker Associate

Alan hails from Herreid, SD, where he gained the values of family, sportsmanship, and active participation. He attended Northern State University, receiving a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degree in Education. In 1968, he began a 38 year career in education and involvement in various fraternal organizations, Chamber of Commerce, professional organizations, and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Alan’s interest in real estate expanded in 1974 as a salesperson and acquired his Broker’s license in 1979. Over the 34 years, he has gained valuable experience in every type of real estate sales and enjoys making the complicated and standard transactions effortless.

During this time, he and his wife, Joye Lynn, raised and educated two married daughters and are the proud grandparents of four. His adopted mottos are: “Life is good in Aberdeen” and “You can do anything from here.”
